Circuit training that is specific to building strength and endurance

When: 

Tuesday at 5:30pm

Why: 

Show up. Build community. Create a healthy lifestyle.

It doesn't matter what your fitness level is. We are doing this together. It's not about how you perform or how heavy you lift or how fast you run. Success is showing up. Success is effort. 

Who:

Members: Free. 

Guests: $5 per session. Bring a friend!
