General Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is our highest level and most challenging position and requires a heightened sense of awareness, emotional intelligence, and loyalty. The General Manager oversees daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals. They improve efficiency and increase sales and membership profits while managing all department staff. The General Manager promotes sales strategies, controls all marketing and design, and brainstorming and launching price promotions that could attract more customers.
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend shift. Managers are available during regular open hours for team support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to pass a background check
High energy personality with a passion for working with the community
A self starter and self motivated candidate with managerial experience and great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with athletes, coaches, parents, and gym leadership.
Knowledge and experience in climbing instruction commensurate with the team level being coached
Climbing experience of at least 1 year
Ability to work with large group of kids ages (12-18)
Applicant age 21+
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

COMPENSATION:
Salary: $30,000 - $50,000 DOE
